Shipping & Returns

Once you’ve successfully placed your order, we initiate an efficient process to ensure your selected items arrive safely and on time. Here’s how we keep you informed about the progress of your delivery:

Shipping (NL & BE)

Shipping within 1–3 business days:
After placing your order, we ensure that your package is shipped within 1–3 business days. Please note that national holidays and potential carrier delays may cause exceptions to this timeframe.

Step 1: Order Confirmation

Once your order has been submitted and processed, you will receive a detailed order confirmation via email. This email will contain all relevant information about your purchase.

Step 2: Packed and Ready for Shipping

Our team will carefully pack and prepare your order for shipment. Once this stage is complete, you will receive an email from our trusted carrier. This email will include a special link that allows you to track your order using our convenient Track & Trace service.

Step 3: Track Your Delivery

With our Track & Trace service, you can easily follow your package as it makes its way to your doorstep. You’ll always know where your parcel is and when to expect it. We’ll keep you updated on the progress so you can await your delivery with confidence.

RETURNS

Discover the convenience of our return portal, where you can easily submit a return request. Log in to your account using your email and initiate a return.

You can return or exchange your online purchases hassle-free within 14 days. Take your time to try on the items at home, just like in a physical store. We appreciate it when you treat the items you don’t wish to keep with care and return them in their original packaging. This way, we can make the process smooth and efficient for everyone!

To ensure that returned items arrive in a resellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a depreciation fee if items are in an unsellable state.

Return requests may be declined in the following cases:

  • Missing original packaging or price tags

  • Items extremely wrinkled in the packaging

  • Worn, used, or washed items

  • Damaged items or stains occurring after receipt

  • Items with odors (e.g., perfume, sweat) or signs of use indicating they are not in new condition

For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for the following items. If these are returned anyway, we reserve the right to reject the return:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear without hygiene strip

  • Jewelry

Please note: We do not accept returns sent via the mailbox.

Always keep the Track & Trace code for your return shipment. Without a Track & Trace code, we cannot assist you in case of a missing package.

Important: If you received a promotional product with a free gift, don’t forget to include the gift when returning your items. If the gift is missing, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
